First event at school.

Image hosting by Photobucket

...All thanks to a brilliant plan hatched by Dana :) Wahahaha! Anywhoos, we were talking mostly about the security lax in the school and the Nonoi case (how it somehow reflects the dire state of some of the Malays in Singapore)

"Eh just now i saw this lady just entering the school without reporting to the office or whatever. And the teacher didn't even stop her!"

"So?"

"What if she was carrying a bomb, then she can just easily bomb the school eh.."

"And why would she bomb JJC? It's a waste of her resources lah. I think she'd be better of bombing NJC or RJC etc, where all the future leaders are most likely to come from.."

"Oh yeah. But maybe JJC is the place where she can recruit more terrorists! Hahhaha.."

-.-|||

And upon bloghopping and landing at Ain's Blog, I chanced across this wonderful tutorial on the easy peasy way of folding your tees:

Cool right?! Needless to say, i decided to be a good daughter and folded all the washed clothes even though i wasn't asked to :P

It's the weekendsss peopplleeeeeeeeee. Parttyyyyyyy!!

Soccer Fever.

I think teachers in JJC are weird.

"You're not allowed to play cards in school."

"Okay!" (In a happy singsong manner)

"Here i am talking to you nicely and you're giving me attitude?"

"er... okay?"

I just dont understand, and i dont think i want to. Compared to the above teacher, Mr Gomez (my tutor) is such a Godsend. Haha..

Image hosting by Photobucket

Nyeah. It's so depressing to see that others have dropped only a grade or two, whilst i have dropped 3 grades - From A to D. Work harder, Fadddyyy!!

So other then that, we had soccer matches at school today. It's the beginning of the tournament season everybody! Every Monday and Thursday at JJC's fantastic new synthetic field! See you (and the hoardes of soccer players from everywhere) there!

Team JJC rocks lah! Haha.. I hail Mark Derek (my pri school mate) as my favourite team JJ player :) You go, boy! The rest of the team did darn well, the crowd was very the many many and very high and it was so much fun watching the game! So i guess i'll be missing in action on every Mon and Thurs evening! hehhee..

And in case you're wondering who the referee is,

Hahhaa. Cute sia this teacher :)

Routine. [[Edited]]

A conversation between the mother and I when the topic of "Cinta Monyet" (teenage love, directly translated as "Monkey Love") came about on the show Teman Anugerah:

"Cinta Berok" translates into "Gorilla love". Gorilla, she calls me. Haha.. I can't deny i had a good laugh out of the whole situation, though.

Am quite glad and relieved with the way she handled things. She didn't even laugh in my face upon knowing about it a few weeks back, even though i know she disapproves of me being in relationships at this age. Hehehe...

Anyway, the PPP Drama auditions are next wednesday and i think i'm just gonna give it a shot la, irregardless whether i'm good to go :) There's no harm in trying right? And i've been thinking over what mum said

Ok i wanna indulge in some time for myself, reading that new book i just borrowed from the library today. hehee! With that, i shall leave you with this cool clip from the one and only, Youtube.

haha. How pathetic, i know :)

I'm still trying to understand National Income Accounting (that's the GDP, GNP, NNP shits you see in newspapers), so i shall leave you with the video clip of one of my favourite songs these past few weeks

Skalari Rude Klub - Skalariak.

Wahahaha! I just love to skank any-old-how in my room these days in order to destress myself. Yes, i love making a fool out of myself when nobody's looking (although sometimes i don't notice that someone IS looking). hahaha..

Another dull monday.

Image hosting by Photobucket

As nothing remotely interesting happened today (other then the Maths Differentiation test being easy peasy and me being confident of getting at least a 12/15), i shall reply to the tag given to me by Nurul :)

Ok so apparently, i am supposed to list down 7 different points of my perfect lover. Haha. After what i've gone through, i think i have a rough idea of what these 7 points are (although these may change as i grow older)

1) Be sure that he loves me, thus he wouldn't be falling for his schoolmates etc. Ok even if he has crushes (a temporary infatuation), he won't torment me and hurt me so much by complimenting that girl over and over again in front of my face.

2) Able to gain the likings of my friends and family. Which means, he tries to get into their good books and makes the extra effort to get to know them. He will not criticise them and will at least have the decency to smile back when one of them smiles at him.

3) Respects me as a person and therefore am proud of my achievements. If i get an A in any of my subjects, for example, he will congratulate me and not say things like "Alahh. You from JJC. There sure easy what the papers." or "If i'm in your school i also will get A lah. Big deal."

4) Is fairly religious. He will be there to remind me to perform my prayers, to stop us from going overboard etc. As i am the not-yet-there kind of girl from the religion aspect, i will need a guy to direct me to the right path, InsyaAllah.

5) Able to talk with me for hours and days and weeks (haha) non stop. This is really, really important. So far, only one guy had matched up to this and as you people know, he has flown off to God knows where. So yeah, someone who can talk about anything under the sun with me and not make me feel bored.

6) Is commited to the relationship and thinks for the long term. I don't like getting into short-term relationships like some of my friends do, as i don't see the point of dating, holding hands, sharing your innermost thoughts etc to a person whom you know you'd dump a few weeks later. It's just... weird.

7) Is romantic. I guess that's self-explanatory :P

Actually i feel like adding more points lah. haha. Oh well, i guess i must stop here seeing that i have an Economics test to study for :/ Nyeah.

Erm.. I'm supposed to tag 7 more people, but i guess i won't burden-ise anyone :P If you're bored, just do it, and say that you're tagged by me aight?

8) In the physical aspect, he has to be at least the same height as me (which, is very very short), has solid abs, a nice smile and a huge bonus would be a goateeeee

Sorry, i couldnt resist. heheheh.

My mum turns 15 :D

Image hosting by Photobucket

I spent most of my Sunday in a corner of the Jurong East Regional Library trying to understand bloody Differentiation and Integration (Maths). Huargh! Rather last minute, seeing that i have a test on that topic tomorrow. Hehe.

Luckily Dana came down ESPECIALLY to teach me, or else i'm screwed. Erm. Oklah, looking at my notes, i think i still am screwed but now at least i'm certain i won't get a big fat zero :p Thanks Dana Wana! I love you very very much :D

Image hosting by Photobucket

The moment i got on MSN, Momo (who is my Malay Lit slacking partner but he holds the throne for the Slackerest person in class) chatted me up, saying that he had a dream that Cikgu Isa (the Malay Lit teacher) was strangling him whilst saying "DIE DIE DIE!" and a few other expletives.

HAHAHHAHHA. Sial ah i couldn't stop laughing. Goes to show just how much animosity the two hold against each other. Wakakaka. And Momo was so freaked out that started doing his Malay Lit homework the moment he woke up. Ahakz. Hilarious, i tell you.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Oh yeah, Dana and i left the library at 6 so i could head to Jurong Point, where the family and I planned to have dinner at Seoul Garden to celebrate my mum's 15th (wahaha) Birthday. I was so excited and happy, cuz turning *ehem* 15 is such a big thing.

Since i already bought for my mum a brooch from Chomel, i decided to fork out another 15 bucks to get her a birthday cake and surprise her with it by leaving halfway during dinner and coming back with the cake which i had ordered earlier. I knew it would make her happy, as both my brothers did not get her anything.

But nope. Everything went wrong :(

First we found out that Seoul Garden at JP already closed down, so i asked them to get a cab to Bukit Batok whilst i rush down to "collect something". 10 minutes later, she called me and started screaming and scolding me cuz she said i was taking my own sweet time, and that they had missed the cab. Ok fine, that i can take.

(Did i mention the lady at the cake shop was taking her own sweet time strolling to and fro from the freezer? Bitch.)

Then she and the rest called, saying that they are at the other taxi stand. So fine, i went, cake in hand. Then when i finally met up again with them, the mum looked at the cake i was holding (which was from Polar), and said

"Why buy from Polar? I got Swensen's voucher can get discount for the cakes there."

".. And how would i know?"

"I told you just now what."

I was so disappointed lah :( I took the trouble to buy her a brooch, ordered her a cake, took in her scolding which i shouldn't even get in the first place and she didn't even say thank you for all the efforts i made.

I stayed silent throughout the dinner at Bukit Batok and the cake is still uncut in the kitchen right now. Last i heard, she was asking Farhan (the spoilt brat) if he wanted to eat the cake?

Wah I really hate this man. I'M the one who bought the cake and Farhan didn't even contribute a fucking cent, and now he is saying it as if he bought it and i think mum thinks so too.

URGH. Whatever lah.

Happy Birthday, Ibu. I wanted to give you the best 50th Bday ever, but i guess you made that hard for me. I'm sorry.

On a happier note, readership has reached the highest ever record of 150! hahaha. Cool :)

GPA Finals.

Image hosting by Photobucket

As i have not bought for Pe'ah Totot her Bday gift, i decided to give her free tickets to the GPA finals. And so we spent our whole day of Saturday watching performances at NYJC while at the same time giving our support to Ikah Totot who was performing for her school (AJC).

Image hosting by Photobucket

The theme for the finals was extracted from one of Mahsuri SN's poems. I kinda forgot how it goes, but it was something along the lines of "Sesuap Nasi". So err yeah. Anyone care to refresh my memory? Hehe.

After the mini-remembrance for the deceased poet, the 10 schools stole the stage. As our seating was rather far back during the performances, i didn't bother taking any pictures. hehe sorryy. All the schools put up a good show, although in my opinion NJC and First ToaPayoh underperformed :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

And then and thennn, whilst the judges were busy making decisions, Chico from Anugerah and a certain Didi from Kelana Purba (le sigh~) sang a few numbers. I don't find Chico cute lah, but his voice was woah. Power sia.

But Didi.. oh that guy has the whole package (except for character, so i've heard). Haha. Should hear all the giggles coming from the numerous girls in the crowd.

Khairul Anwar was there too! Whilst entering the Theatre, both Pe'ah and I saw him at the same time, faced each other and said "Eh!!" with startled faces at the same precise timing. Wehehe. So funny. I later took a picture with him, but for certain reasons, won't be able to put it up here :(

Image hosting by Photobucket

The results was kinda expected lah and i am especially happy for the SRJC team which was made out of wonderful peeps :) Oh and i must mention that MI bagged most of the solo-categories too, such as the Best Poetry. Congrats MI! (The MI guy in blue was crying tears of joy lah on stage. haha. how cute.)

Image hosting by Photobucket

As soon as the host declared the event over, Pe'ah and I rushed out to look for Ikah and we FINALLY met up. haha. Giggling, hugging, taking photos.. Wehehe! So glad we managed to meet, even if it was only for 10 minutes :) Must learn to treasure every moment.

Ok then later-later some veryyy interesting events happened, which i can't blog about here due to certain reasons. Wahaha :/ Sorry peopleee.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Waiting for the crowd to clear, Pe'ah and I walked around taking random photos and bumping into old friends. It's a small world, i tell you. Both of us saw primary school friends, rivals, exes etc.. Haha. Interesting.

Image hosting by Photobucket

I have no idea why, but even though all we did was walk a wee bit, sat for a few hours and talked/ laughed like nobody's business, the moment Pe'ah and I entered the MRT, we were exhausted beyond words and slept like babies all the way back home. Which is why i'm feeling rather refreshed now :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

Haha. I guess from the choice of footwear you can just imagine our different personalities ey? Although we have our differences, i still love her to bits, as she's the only one who will play along with all my lame scenarios such as

"Eh Pe'ah look! The ladies' symbol for the toilet has lost its head! Do you know what that means?"

"Omg! So only headless ladies can enter?"

"Yah! How? I need to pee!"

"Ok let's tilt our head and try to sneak in. Hopefully they don't realise."

(Both tilt head and enters toilet in a very sneaky manner.)

Hahahhaa. Yeah, Peah rocks.

The directors cut:

Gonna watch the GPA Finals later at NYJC. Would have been better if i was performing instead of watching it though. Haha..

Yawn~

Faddy is tired..

Image hosting by Photobucket

Been playing the part of a good student for the first time in months. For this week, I've not skipped a single lesson, not slept in any class (well, not purposely), handed up all my work on time.. the works. It is an acomplishment, but i'm sure as hell tired :/

Mental note to self:

FIRST i'm a student and THEN i'm a blogger. Wahaha. Therefore, i don't think you guys will see the usual many-many edited pictures kind of entries unless there really is an interesting event going on.

Image hosting by Photobucket

I apologise for this blog which is getting boring-er, but I think i really need to start working :) And no, i am not declaring hiatus, cuz i still foresee myself rambling on short entries on a daily basis. Something like this, la. Hehe..

So, yeah. Just an explanation if you're suddenly thinking of tagging

"Pictureess Faddyyy. I wannt pictureesssss."

Haha. I love you guys and thanks for being my loyal readers so far (wakaka), even if you're reading my entries just to bitch about me. Heh :p

So now go concentrate on your own lives whilst i concentrate on my studies and we'll meet up again with interesting-er entries on a daily basis after the ALevels. Wahahaa :D

Blind - Lifehouse.
I was young but I wasn't naive
I watched helpless as he turned around to leave
and still I have the pain I have to carry
a past so deep that even you could not bury if you tried

After all this time
I never thought we'd be here
never thought we'd be here
When my love for you was blind
but I couldn't make you see it
couldn't make you see it
that I loved you more than you'll ever know
A part of me died when I let you go

I would fall asleep
only in hopes of dreaming
that everything would be like is was before
but nights like this it seems are slowly fleeting
they disappear as reality is crashing to the floor

After all this time
I never thought we'd be here
never thought we'd be here
When my love for you was blind
but I couldn't make you see it
couldn't make you see it
that I loved you more than you'll ever know
A part of me died when I let you go

Malay Cultural Society Meeting.

Image hosting by Photobucket

The first meeting (emphasis on FIRST haha) had a good turnout, with 30 (40?) 59 JC1s turning up. The first thing that struck me was the sheer amount of females. Out of the many many people, there were only 6 - 8 guys. Very sad. Very very sad. (I think grrls will know why. hehe)

The meeting was kinda chaotic and messy at some points, but i think i did the presentation rather well, in the sense that i managed to get them to react the way i wanted them to react - by laughing :) Haha. Okay at least i hope if any of them had judged me as "stuck-up" due to my looks, they'd suddenly think

"Hey she can't be stuck-up afterall."

Wehehhe! I am also quite amazed by the few non-Malays who wanted to join, and the fact that 20 people signed up for Malay Dance. The response for participation in upcoming competitions such as the Sahibba (scrabble) and Pesta Peti Putih were rather uplifting too. Let's just hope that they can uphold their words, though. haha.

Oh yeah. Jon (the Director) for Pesta Peti Putih gave us his "vision" and "outlook" for the whole play and a brief description of it. I was impressed with his work and i daresay i look forward to working in the production.

HOWEVER, i initially wanted to sign up as an actor, but seeing the amount of people who signed up as actors (some with experience) made me rather.. erm.. unsure of my decision. Because if i don't manage to get through the acting auditions, then i'd be left with no part to play in the play.

Which of course, sucks since all of you know I do want to be involved (one way or another) in this production. So I was offered a position as the Production Manager. Which is very enticing, but i am now in a huge dilemma.

First of all, being Production Manager (PM) means i'll have to oversee the stage manager and the set manager (i think), keep track of this and that, key in alot of stuff in the computer etc. Which may bring about a lot of experience and teach me the know-hows on theatre productions, but really my cuppa tea is of course, acting.

I dono lehhhh. If i follow my heart, i will just try out for the auditions in May even though my chances may be very slim BUT i risk not having any part to play in the production. If i follow my brain, i will just accept the position as the PM and at least know that i have a part to play in the production.

How now brown cow? I have up till Saturday to make my decision :/

"THANKS LA KHAI! Can you get that offensive nick down?"

"Haha.. Well it's effective ain't it? And you know the most ironic thing? Here i am preaching on MSN, when i should be like studying.. Hahah.."

Want another irony? Here i am complaining about being worried and that there's only a short period of time left to study, and i am actually wasting time by blogging my thoughts. Wahaha. Oh wells :/

So.. yeah. Today was the first day of school. Mine went rather ok. Truth be told, i kinda have a warm feeling this morning during assembly due to the sense of being somewhere familiar, back with the familiar faces i've grown so used to. Or was it the hot and humid weather? Wahaha.

I have school tomorrow and so do some of you. That sucks, doesn't it?

Of ambitions.

Young kids have a tendency of watching adults go to work and then envisioning what they themselves would work as when they grow up. Some people call it imagination, while others call it ambition.

Most boys would imagine themselves driving blazing red fire trucks or zipping through rush hour in a police car trying to nab bank robbers like the Triple Nine guys.

Girls would imagine themselves being models, actresses or maybe even being Ken's Barbie where they would then live happily ever after. haha.. (though i've not known a girl who had such an ambition. Anyone of you would like to fill that role? keke)

Image hosting by Photobucket

I remember my very first ambition (at least the one which i remember to be my first) - i wanted to be an astronaut :) Haha. Weird, ey? I had just completed the "I am a young astronomer" badge in record time and was very amazed at the prospect of a whole new territory that has never been covered fully by scientists.

Image hosting by Photobucket

I would gawk at the night sky using the budget telescope Daddy bought for me. I would "study" the craters on the moon and then draw them (rather miserably, of course) along with millions of twinkling stars littered around (which of course, came out of my own imagination since you can never see that kind of sight in Singapore).

I subscribed to kiddy Science magazines and even freaked out when i managed to catch the planet Mars in the sky one night :) Hehe. It was a beautiful sight i tell you. (Though now i am starting to wonder whether what i saw was really Mars. Wahahah!)

Image hosting by Photobucket

And then i discovered that humans can land on the moon!! Boy, was i overjoyed! I imagined myself going for trainings in zero-gravity areas, travelling to Russia's space thingies and even hopping on the moon.

Seriously, i really thought i could be one. Seems stupid now if you ask me. haha. Anyway, i was such an astronomy freak that one of the happiest moments during my childhood was going for some NASA event organized in Singapore. keke. *cough*loser*cough*

But soon that dream fell apart when i discovered that i'm 1) too short 2) half-blind 3) get dizzy easily and the most important point of all 4) Singapore doesn't even have plans to send people up there. Haha. What a wet blanket. And so my next ambition was

Image hosting by Photobucket

To be an actress just like Vernetta Lopez (remember how hot Under One Roof was last time?). Wahahaha. I started to write short plays, direct and act in them during my primary school days.

The fact that i was constantly chosen to be host in most of my primary school events (school opening got some hotshot gahmen person i host one horrr) and to participate in any Malay performing competitions made me feel like "Hey.. maybe THIS is what i can be."

Until i realised, that to be an actress like VLo, i have to have that kind of calibre in looks. Nyeahhh. Haha. So kindly refer back to how i used to look like and you tell me why i decided to drop the not-so-hot ambition of mine. Heh.

Image hosting by Photobucket

At some point of time in my life, i decided to be a Malay teacher. Having such inspirational malay teachers throughout my life (Cikgu Haryati/Cikgu Dalina in PPS, Cikgu Khalidah in BPGHS) made me love the Malay language so much.

It made me appreciate the beauty of the Malay language and this, i wanted to pass on to future generations to come. Getting all As in the Malay Language made me feel proud of myself, since i knew i could be very well a Malay teacher if i wanted to and the fact that the requirement does not state that "teachers have to be amazingly beautiful", i really really taught it was my call. Well, that is, until...

Image hosting by Photobucket

I started to see the evils that lie on the street. I see/ hear about my friends doing all the wrong stuff, getting caught, running away from home, aborting their babies... I was kind of distraught and concerned that many of these kids on the streets are throwing their lives away.

I decided, hell, since most of my friends confide in me, that means i have a certain knack of being able to connect with people in deep shit. I wanted to wake these kids up and get them on the right track so that they could contribute to the society. I would provide... counselling :D or learn about the human behaviour so i could somehow change their ways indirectly.

Until i realised that half of the kids i've asked wants to enrol in the Psychology course in NUS. Which means that the chances of me getting in there is very.. very.. much slimmer. Bahhh! :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

Oh wells. Most people my age have already sorted out what they want to do when the grow up. Like Kimi, he is already deadset on being a designer. Or even Atikah, who plans to teach while being a host as a sideline.

What should i do? Ah. This fickle-minded mind of mine (wasn't that a mouthful hehe) keeps changing its ambitions ever so often i feel like i have lost the plot.

But at this current point of time, i envision myself to be a Malay/Economics teacher who also acts as a counsellor to the kids at school, participates in theatre activities as a sideline and sleeps in a room with the walls painted to look like i am an astronaut surrounded by the vastness of outer space :)

Tough choice, but i'll get there someday. Wahhahaha. Anyway, enough about me. What was your childhood ambition?

Are you very very verrryy sureee?

Wahahha. Ok enough suspense.

The person behind the laptop iz none other then...

YAY! haha. Cheers to you if you got that right cuz it means you have been an avid reader of chapterxtwo.blogspot.com and you now know my whole life! Errksss. Haha.. Anyway typo error there. It's supposed to be Hak and not hulk. Hehe :P Sorry kim.

Anyway we did quite a bit of studying done, a miracle since we only met at around 3pm. I am proud to say that i have finished 1 essay out of the 6 i am supposed to do! (Nevermind the fact that i am left with 2 days to complete the other 5. Darn!) Teeheee.

By 7pm we decided to call it quits, so we rang up Nassy for our usual round of Red Ruby dessert :D Half an hour later the minah reached and so after chilling out abit more at McDonalds (where Kim was busy blogging), we headed out to the coffeeshop next door to embark on our quest. Pardon the bad attempt at poetry :P Haha.. We only bought 2 bowls of Red Rubies as Kim decided to use his share of money to treat us to BBQ chicken. Oh my God! I've found one more nice food at Pioneer Mall! The BBQ chicken was SO sinfully oily and delicious. Yummy! I guss you'll see me there often the next few weeks. Heh :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

So after getting our fill, we headed to our favourite nook and had the talk cock sessions. I think the next time i head to Pioneer Mall, i'd bring carpets and cushions and maybe paint to make the nook more comfy for us. Wahaha. It was really like a small platform with so much privacy lah :) So exciting right?! It's like having a treehouse!! hahahaa..

Image hosting by Photobucket

Our topic this time revolved around friends, so when Nassy started telling us about her schoolmate named Squirrel, Kimi and I decided to have an action to accompany it and the result is the above. Wahaha!

So everytime the name "Squirrel" pops up, the three of us will have to do the action. Kwangkwangkwang~ Like small kids, right? Heh. Oh well. It is fun :) Heh.

Ok goodnight readers! Faddy wants to watch Mr Deeds again since she rented the vcd till Monday. Must make full use whaaaat. So must watch until i get so sick of it :D

Trip to the zoo in space!

Image hosting by Photobucket

You know.. Me being named the Alien, Claire being named the Pig and Ashrithaa being named the Rhino.. Put us together and you get a zoo in space. Get it? Zoo in space? Alien visiting the Rhino and Pig? Wahahhaha. Ok shut up, Faddy. It's not funny at all :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

We met up at Ginza Plaza (that's a very ulu shopping centre at West Coast, btw) to study and "chill out" so to speak. I think we "chilled out" much more then studying la, as usual. Wahaha. Oh wells~ I didn't have the mood to study anyway, so i didn't lose out :)

We were supposed to go Sentosa-ing initially, but due to the dreaded time of the month, we had to cancel Sentosa. Then somehow up till last night the plans were changed to Badminton-ing. And then somehowwww it was changed to studying at Claire's new crib. And then all of a sudden we ended up at McDonalds. How exciting right compared to our initial plan? Buh.

Image hosting by Photobucket

But whateversss. Cuz Faddy brought the cards she bought at Pulau Pangkor! Hehe i'm evil. They were like

"Can you study, bitch?! You're the only one doing something unproductive here!"

"No mood lah. Eh look at what i brought.. "

"Shit the bitch brought cards! Keep it! We shall not be tempted."

"Can we plaayyy? For a whiileee?"

"Fine~"

And somehow we ended up playing cards for around 2 hours i think? Haha. I was totally slaughtered in Daidee but won 1 out of the 4 games of Bluff. Wahaha. The pig won once too while the Rhino won twice. I guess she massacred the public stereotype that Chinese people are better gamblers :D or maybe Pig just sucks at it. Wahaha.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Somewhere in our flow of conversations, the topic regarding how i looked like in the past came about and we begun to compare EzLinks. Wehehe! So funny lah! I think all of us looked horrible if we compare to ourselves now, as all of us grow up into teenagers, we have this desire and need to look nicer so we try our best to amend the stuff we don't like about our physical attributes :)

That's right! You ARE prettier/handsomer now then before! All of you! Now give yourselves a pat on the back!

Wehehe. And i SO didn't realise i was such a bitch in Secondary 1 and 2. According to Rhino, i totally flipped her off when i was introduced to her for the first time. haha. Oh man! -slaps forehead- I'm so glad i changed :)

At least i'd like to think i have. Wahahaha..

Drama workshop :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

As mentioned earlier, i was to attend a drama (acting) workshop today which was conducted by the Theatre Ekamatra peeps, specifically, Sani Hussein. Initially i had doubts on whether or not i should go, as my name was the only one which was submitted. But after much pleadings, Fara agreed to accompany me :) YAY! I love you many many, minah!

Image hosting by Photobucket

The workshop was conducted in this very ulu building, apparently the homeground for many malay performing arts groups, such as the above-mentioned theatre ekamatra as well as the dance troup, SriWarna. The place was rather cosy though and it gives off old-school vibes. Ooh! I loike! :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

Fara and I reached on the dot at 2pm and after changing into trackpants and loose tshirts, we were ushered into this small room (like Black Box). I expected many more participants, but i guess a smaller group works better as we get more critics and attention. The participants ranged from JCs, NP, NAFA and NUS even.

Image hosting by Photobucket

The first few activities we did were of course ice-breaking sessions, to keep the ball rolling lah, so to speak. I was quite amazed at my abilities to remember all the names in such a short while! Wahaha. Faddy doesn't have short term memory anymore (i hope)! Yippee! Now Kimi, you can't call me DumbBlonde anymore ohkay! I can remember names! Kekekeke :P

Oh yeah Irfan was attending the workshop too! But hor, i think he and i will never end up having a proper conversation together even though we keep bumping into each other at such events. hahaha.. Don't ask me why.

Image hosting by Photobucket

After getting to know each other better, the Shifu (Sani lah who else) started coaching us on movements. We did mirror, forehead to palm, shoulder to palm, knee to palm and contact movement exercises thingy (hehe sorry if u dun understand, cuz i also dont know how to explain).

Actually right, i attended the course thinking we'd learn acting acting kinda stuff. You know, as in facial expressions, body language, that kinda thing? But today we learnt more of the "abstract theatrics movements". The kinda theatrics which seem more like a coordinated dance movement. Hmm.. ok lah. It was rather interesting and i did learn much stuff :)

Like focusing, being aware of your body, connecting with ur ensemble and even acting out a play WITHOUT rehearsing even once (the first one we did turned out very nice somemore!)

Image hosting by Photobucket

My partner in crime for the day is a J1 from Pioneer JC whose name is Ridzwan. Err. At least i think thats how its spelled :P haha. Couldn't have asked for a better partner lah. We connected pretty well and were at the same seriousness/lameness level wahahah. So yeah.. Was quite glad when we were mentioned a few times by the Shifu :D

Image hosting by Photobucket

Wehehe! So i did have a fun time la, at the workshop. And the things i learnt just makes me wanna learn more. I know for a fact i pale in comparison to some of the participants there (like Irfan, Fara, a girl named Raudhah from NAFA etc), but i guess if i can continue to work hard and sharpen my skills *ehem* i can get better :D InsyaAllah.

Now if only i can somehowwww tell my mother :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

After the whole drama workshop was over, Fara bumped into her SriWarna mates and stopped by for a chat. I, being the kpo as i always am (wahaha), tagged along and watched her mate dance.

And i mean MATE as in guy. Geez. He was soooo graceful and vogue, can? I feel so ashamed as a lady. wahahahha!! Oh wells. Anyway listening to them talk about performances and auditions.. sigh. I so wanna involve myself in the theatre scene.. somehow. Doesn't really matter as a writer, actress or even the audience. Really. It doesn't matter. I just want to be involved in it in one way or another.

If only my mother can understand. Booohooohooooo~ (man i so feel like Khairul Anwar in the drama Teman Anugerah. Wahahahah)

Pulau Pangkor Holiday!

I'd just like to warn you that this entry is infested with swarms of pictures. So it will be tough on you guys who do not have broadband connection. Sorry ey? Ok that aside, lets begin! :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

As usual, every entry will have a picture of me camwhoring, so let's begin with that so that we can focus on other events later. Wehehhe! See my new shades? I dunch care if you think its fugleh, cuz it provided me with maximum protection during my trip :) Haha..

And yes, i do have limited amount of tshirts. 7, to be exact. How sad right? Waahaha! And i think my brother has gone cuckoo. Who the hell wears a TIE on a beach vacation? -.-||| Bleargh. Notice how much taller he is compared to me now :(

Image hosting by Photobucket

There were altogether 21 of us, which compromised of 4 family units, a set of grandparents and a swinging single aunt. The coach was a 24-seater, which meant that we controlled the whole freaking bus! Wahahaha! So syiok man. It was as if we chartered the coach for ourselves. Heh.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Sleeping on a coach has never been an easy thang for me. So instead of trying to force myself to sleep, i went around waking up my relatives and asking them to camwhore with/for me. Hehe! It ain't a big surprise when everyone asked me to shut up and forced me back to my seat after a while :(

Image hosting by Photobucket

After what seemed like an eternity, we finally reached Perak. But i guess the loonnggg torturing ride there was so very much worth it, as you can see from the picture above. The view was fuckintastic!

Image hosting by Photobucket

Get what i mean? :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

But hor, the ferry system there is kinda screwed up. It's like there was no signboard informing us where, how and when to line up to get the tics so we had to ask like a gazillion people around for information. And at last, we found out that the ticketing counter was... a dilapitated wooden table at one corner. Wow :/

Worse thing was, the toilet was open only during office hours!! Erks. You put me on a 6hours busride and you give me no toilet?! I had to walk around 100m to the nearest open (and clean) coffeeshop, put on a huge amount of makeup (metaphorically lah. You know, make my skin thicker. Wahah) and used their loo without buying anything. Hehhee.

Image hosting by Photobucket

2 hours later, the ferries finally arrive and the throngs of people milling around the jetty all pushed and shoved to get seats. Luckily my family decided to lay back first and let the crowd clear, because we were suddenly informed that the hotel we booked had a private jetty and private beach, which meant lesser people on our ferry!

Image hosting by Photobucket

It was a 2-storeys ferry, the second floor being open-aired whilst the 1st floor was airconditioned. Needless to say all the uncles aunties grannies stayed downstairs whilst the "cooler" bunch (wahahha) went up to enjoy the view and morning breeze.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Image hosting by Photobucket

Nice right nice right? I took many more pictures actually, but the quality was much much worse then these. So yeah :/ Anyway half an hour and a messy messy hairdo later,

Image hosting by Photobucket

Welcome to Pulau Pangkor! Hehehehe.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Image hosting by Photobucket

So anyway, the moment we got off the ferry, we were packed into this prison-styled van, bars and all, and were whisked off to our hotel :D Initially, i thought we were staying in the hotel-hotel kinda hotel, but turns out we were staying at a resort! Hehe! So pweety!!

Image hosting by Photobucket

Image hosting by Photobucket

The pictures i took don't give justice to the place, really. The room was by far the nicest room i have ever stayed in and the view from the room was just.. MasyaAllah. You should have seen the sunsets. Le sigh~

Image hosting by Photobucket

After de-packing our luggage and stuff, it was time to hit the waters! Nevermind that it was 12 noon, or the fact that the sun was right smack in the middle of the sky. Hhahha! I guess the first day was the fun-nest!

Image hosting by Photobucket

Fauzi and i canoed until our arms dropped off and even jet-skied! Haha. No pictures of us jet-skiing though. We were too hyped to get anyone to take pictures, and my mom was too worried

"Oh my God! Is that them? Why are they so far out? Everyone else jet-skis only around this area and they are like nearing the open sea! Are they having an instructor with them? Fadhilah can't swim! Oh my God!"

Hahahha. Mak aih. Classic man :D Cute lah my mak. And she kept repeating how worried and amazed she was at our abilities even till now :/ Hahha.. And so we spent the whole day on the beach and later ate seafoooodddd at the local shops by the beach :) yum yum!!

Image hosting by Photobucket

Oh yeah! There was this one time when i headed down to the giftshop to get some snacks, when i saw this monkey sneaking in. It went behind the counter, took a packet of keropok, and scampered off. Then when i went back up to my room, there sitting at the stairs was that said monkey eating his catch! Wahaha. So cute and smart kan?

Image hosting by Photobucket

Er. Can't believe im only at the 2nd day. Wahaha. Are you guys like drooling and sleeping on your keyboard already? Kekekeke. Anywhoos, the second day was very much sight seeing day.

Which makes it a sucky day. Haha. Pulau Pangkor has nothing to sightsee! Oh my god its like the boringest tourist attraction EVER i tell you. The only nice things there were the beaches (which, if i might add, is still of a lower standard compared to Pulau Redang).

So um. Nothing much to say except enjoy the pictures?

Image hosting by Photobucket

Image hosting by Photobucket

There's loads more pictures of camwhoring but they're all at my aunt's camera (oh! i forgot to mention. ALL the families are still enjoying the holiday at Genting now but my family has to return due to school/work commitments. Bleargh). So when she passes em to me, i'll upload more aight :D

After resting in the hotel room for a while, the 21 of us met up at 5pm and headed back to the beach! ehehhe.

We swam in the huggeee waves, built sandcastles and forts and ponds, joked around with other tourists and played Sandball (the uncles and aunts joined in too!) So fun! I was kinda pissed at the beginning cuz initially, the aunts and uncles promised to go banana-boating and parasailing with me but backed out due to "strong currents". Bahhh :(

Image hosting by Photobucket

Image hosting by Photobucket

But all was good in the end, i guess :) I did have fun doing kiddy stuff once in a while, that can't be denied. At around 730pm we packed up and went back upstairs to perform prayers and an hour later, met up again to have dinner together-gether by the beach. Aww how romantic! Wahhahha!

Image hosting by Photobucket

The "older" aunts and uncles played Scrabble, while the younger ones (at least young at heart la wahaha) and the teenagers played cards. Wehehe! I'm the pro-est at bluff, daidee and heart attack! All hail Faddy! All hail Faddy! hehe But i guess if you put me with a bunch of cheenones, i'll surely lose lah. wahaha.

And did i mention we played a hell lot of snooker? Must have spent more then 50RM on snooker man. haha. So much so that the mat manning the counter recognised my face already. wahahha! (have i mentioned a numerious amount of staff there were quite cute? :P)

Image hosting by Photobucket

After sending off the relatives (they had to catch the morning ferry), the family and I had breakfast, walked around the beach for the last time, and off we went back to Perak. Boohoo. I really regret not trying out parasailing. :(

Oh wells. Anyways, since we reached Perak at 4, we had 4 hours to burn as our coach leaves at 830pm. The mom and I asked around to see if there were any shopping centres that we could go to, as all the shops there were selling the same items: Pangkor shirts, pangkor keychains, pangkor food, pangkor umbrellas. Urgh! You get the drift.

Most of the teenagers we asked quoted a mall named "Fajar". So i was quite excited lah. Cmon man. Go Malaysia holiday must go shopping what and since teenagers quoted that place, must be quite hip mah. And so we took a cab and...

Image hosting by Photobucket

The trendiest mall at Perak was a 3storey high Giant-supermarket thingy. No words can describe how i felt, i tell you. Feeling unsatisfied, i probed further and found out that that area has NO cinema whatsoever and that the nearest REAL shopping centre is at Ipoh.

Erks. How can the teens there survive?! That shall be the greatest mystery on the planet. Anyways, like i said, all the shops there were exact replicas of each other, well, all that is, except for one.

Image hosting by Photobucket

The shop is named "Galeri Percha" and is located near the ferry terminal. If you ever happen to go Pulau Pangkor, be sure to visit that said shop. The interior design was superb! White washed flooring, walls with weird color combinations which somehow works, nice fabrics and very very nice antiques. Very rad, i tell you!

And the stuff they sell there are also much nicer and cooler compared to the other shops. The lady manning the shop seemed very educated and we talked for around half an hour. hehehe. She even told me how to get the effect that her floors had :p

Image hosting by Photobucket

Ok lah. I guess that's it. I am POOPED i tell you. This has gotta be the longest time i've ever spent blogging. Bah! To think that most of you shooed me from your msn conversations forcing me to blog first. Boohoohooo. Oh wells. K.. er.. i guess that's it. Sorry if the entry is too long and draggy. Heh.. Bye!!

NO WAIT. -slaps forehead- how can i forget? The coach that my family took back to Johor was full of the kampung mamaks. Full, as in, the only non-kampung mamaks were my family. And the thing is, they were those kind who have a certain distinct strong smell. Haha.. it took a bit of getting used to i tell you but after i overcame that, i slept like a baby all the wayyy home :D

Faddy's back!

Image hosting by Photobucket

YAY! Guess who is back guess who is baaaaaaccckkk? :D

That's right! Its me, Faddy!! Hwahwahwahwa. Lame as ever, i tell you. The only difference about me after that 4 day trip is my skin color :/ Errks. Faddy's chaotar-ed to the point of no return. Blame the whiteass beaches, wonderful weather and warm seawater! Blame them!!

I'm currently uploading my pictures into the computer so i can edit em and you know.. blog :) Hehe. Man, i'm so addicted to this blogging shit so just bear with me. Hold on to your pants till the next blog entry! Adios!

PS. I would like to warn you, that the picture quality in the next entry will suck :/ Man, its time for me to get a real camera instead of using my 7600. (But nice right the pic above i took? Hehehe..)

So here's my holiday! [[Edited]]

Good evening readers! I'll be leaving Singapore in a few hours time, and i am seriously all psyched for my trip :) The bags are packed and all that's left to do is to wait for the aunt's call so that we can hop on the coach aaaalll the way to Pulau Pangkor.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Yippee! Pristine beaches! Here i come!! Pray for my family's safe journey ya? All 21 of us :D

Anywhoos, since i will be away from today onwards till Tuesday, i have decided to leave you guys with an entry that will hopefully keep you entertained for the next 4 days i am away.

Whilst i was looking at my photo albums last night, i can safely say i have grown from one ugly duckling into the acceptable looking girl i am now. Haha! At the rate i am going, if all things remain constant, i'll be a helluva pretty lady when i'm 20plus. Wahaha!! :)

Faddy presents Faddy's teenage years blooming period:

Image hosting by Photobucket

The infamous Ez-Link mug shot that got all my friends laughing like crazy after looking at it. It's that bad :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

But this is worse, i guess. Now all my primary school friends will remember me as the nutcase. Urgh!

Image hosting by Photobucket

Weheheh! I'm in Commonwealth Sec! Notice how high my (as well as Peah's) skirt is. Kekeke. And notice my "Oh im so cool" pose. Eeek!

Image hosting by Photobucket

Again, the "Oh i'm so cool pose". Haha. Muka maintain sister! And look how cute Kimi is! (He's on the top right, btw)

Image hosting by Photobucket

Sec 3.. The year i started tying my hair ever since some Mats on the bus called me a "pontianak's daughter". Wahaha. Notice how tight i tie my hair? That's one of the reasons as to my balding scalp problem that i have now :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

Sec4.. As you can see, not much changes from a year ago :) Except i grew a BIT more boobies. Hahahhahaa..

Image hosting by Photobucket

Yay! Current JC1 picture :)

I have to admit i know i'm still far from society's description of a "pretty" lady, but hell, i am very much thankful that i've gone this far. Imagine if i still look like how i was when i was 11. That, my dear readers, will be enough reason for me to pour acid on my face. Wahaha! (JK aight)

And so i pledge that i will keep looking better every year, and will log how i look like :D hehe. So fun right? Now all of you go dig up your old pictures and post an entry similar to this! Faddy wanna see em when she returns :P

Faddy bids you goodbye and we will meet again on Tuesday :) Don't miss me too much, aight. Hehehe...

[[Edited]]

Dana called me a few mins ago, saying that our school was selected to join a nationwide drama competition, Pesta Peti Putih (White Box Festival). And apparently, Cikgu wants me to be in the acting crew and has selected me and a few others to go for a one day acting course this Wednesday with Sani Hussein, the only Malay actor in Nine Lives.

I have to say i have zilch acting experience and am rather nervous about working with Sani Hussein and the other participants in the course, cuz im sure most of them were chosen due to their acting experience. But hell, this IS a one in a lifetime chance so i guess i'm gonna learn whatever i can :)

But the thing that worries me the most, is whether or not i should tell the mother. Remember how she reacted during the other drama competition (the Gema Puisi Artistik)? Sigh. The one day course on Wednesday i can just lie and say i've school or something, but when the rehearsals for the White Box Festival competition begins in June, I'm sure the cat will be out of the bag.

Where i then expect all hell to break lose. Blearrrghh. How i wish my mum supports my theatre interests.

Ok shuddup Faddy. Go enjoy your holidays first. Heh :D Bye agaaiinnnn.

Breathe.

Image hosting by Photobucket

And so after letting out the fume, i bathed, prayed and went out to meet Fara so that we could study/complete our homework together. That girl is one IT-retard, i tell you. heh. Ok scroll down a little, look at the tagboard and spot her name there. She just learnt how to tag today!

Let's all give her a round of applause. *clap clap clap* Heh :D Bugger never fails to amaze me with her IT-related questions.

Image hosting by Photobucket

On the way home, i queued up behind this jiggling man. Oklah i dont know what race he is, but he looks Myanmar-ish so let's just call him Jiggling Myanmar Man (or JMM in short). So the JMM right, he was walking from the MRT to the busstop while bobbing his head hiphopper style. So cuttee! haha. Imagine lah a 30plus year old rolly polly man doing that :)

And when we were queueing up in the line, he actually closed his eyes and gelek (shake) his ass like grooveeehh baby! Kekeke. Fine thing was, JMM's shaking was in tune with the song playing on my iPod so i was very very amused till i accidentally let out a small chuckle. Lucky he was closing his eyes sia, if not he paiseh then i also paiseh for making him paiseh :p

Image hosting by Photobucket

The mommy wrote me a letter, a usual occurance everytime we have a tiff. The thing with mommy and i, usually when we're not happy with each other, we'll write a letter to each other. Cuz I (as annoying as it is) followed in her footsteps, in the sense that I'm freaking emo and talking a biiittt of sad things will make me cry like a baby already. Chet.

Due to this, we cannot talk things out, cuz confirm plus chop both will cry and end up the whole house will be flooded. Haha. So we write letters expressing our feelings. I guess it helps in a way. It's a form of communication, rather then keeping things in and thus not being able to understand what the other is thinking.

Er.. So ok back to the letter. Surprisingly, this letter was more... mature... compared to the past letters she gave me. In the past right, all her letters go something like this

"You're a bad daughter cuz you don't listen to me. You disappoint me. How can you do this to me?"

You know.. that kinda thing? Truthfully it worked the first few times cuz it makes me feel guilty like hell and therefore i'll change (for a while hehe). But then how far can you go pulling on my guilty conscience kan? I was kinda like.. immune already? Haha..

But today's letter was very much meaningful-er, in a sense that she wrote her reasons for doing what she did, included some Hadith and stuff, explained that she didn't mean to control me but it's for the greater good cuz i'm a girl that kinda thing. She wrote about how she's sorry for snapping and scolding me at the shopping centre in front of the salesman, and how she understands my anger etc.

I was quite surprised, really. Hmmmm. I admit i did over-react. It is just shorts, afterall :) I think i shall work a compromise with her. Maybe find some 3/4 bermudas or something cuz truthfully, between you and me, i still think that black pants is ugleh. Wahahhaa :p

I love my Mummy and i shall let you enjoy the rest of the night while i write a letter back to her :) And then tomorrow i shall embark on my long awaited trip to Pulau Pangkor. YAY!

PS. I think writing letters is a cute thing to do. Go write a letter to your parents! It'll make their day :)

Frust lah!

[[Warning: Entry written 5mins after event, contains MUCH anger and pissiness and entry WILL be edited later at night aight :) So please tune in later. wahaha! ]]

Apparently the mum wasnt satisfied when i refused to show her what i bought yesterday and she did what most mothers would do... she ransacked my entire wardrobe to find the bikini and boxers.

According to her the boxer was too short (its knee length!!) and the bikini was revealing (I'm wearing a SHIRT over it and i've got no tits to reveal also!!). Like wtf kan?

So she went to Jurong Point and got me this long LONG black pants which are so fugleh and says that i've to wear those or i can't join in the water sports.

I.. am.. fucking.. pissed. And now we're not even talking to each other after having a fight at the shopping centre. Fuckssss. Totally ruined my entire holiday mood. Urgh!

Sometimes i really am irritated that my mum is so conservative. I mean i know lah it's aurat blablabla, but my stand is that i wanna experience what most of my friends are experiencing at this age lah. And it's not like i'm doing something freaking horrible kan.

I'm entering university next year (InsyaAllah) and THAT's when i'll curb all my curiousities and grow up. DONT YOU UNDERSTAND MAK?! NEXT YEAR. And URGH, it's just shorts lah. She was saying it as if i was going to prance around naked in front of my relatives.

"I see the shorts and i feel like crying that my daughter is turning like that."

WHAT THE FUUUUCCKK. Urgh. It's not like im turning into black spaghettis mini skirts minahs kan!? It's just loose KNEE LENGTH shorts (which looks like PE shorts) for the BEACH and you make me as if i'm like some budak hanyut. Eeeee geramnye aku!!

Frust frust frust frust! Whatever lah. I'm so leaving the house in 30mins even though i just got home. Can't stand being emotionally blackmailed.

How? I want to wear my shorrtss! I dunch want to wear that long long black fugleh pants and look so horrible :(

Shopping!

As i am SO uber duper excited to go to Pulau Pangkor this friday with the dad's side, i decided to get myself some nicer beachwear. Hehe! Initially, i got the Pig to accompany me shop but my inferiority complex got the better of me :/ And so i decided to shop alone.

Hmm.. This inferiority complex thing, i wanna clarify it's a problem I face due to my own insecurities and it has nothing to do with the Pig. So don't go about thinking she's atas or whatever shit cuz she is SO not. I love the Pig for being understanding :) Muacks!

Image hosting by Photobucket

So anywhooos, like i was saying, i initially wanted to go alone. But when Nassy found out that I was all alone at Orchard, she flew from her school which was at Bugis and accompanied me to shop :)

I bought like 60 bucks of random stuff - A set of bikinis, boxer short, huge shades, earrings, slippers etc etc. Wakakaka! My mum was like

"OH MY GOD! YOU SPENT 60 FREAKIN BUCKS ON THESE?! NAGNAGNAG!!"

I had to blank out for around an hour la :p But when i tried on the whole combination and posed about in my room (ok stop laughing now), i think it was worth every single penny. I think i look sexy, can? (Ok you REALLY need to stop laughing now and i know i'm flat thank you) :D Waahahhha!

A pity i can't be wearing the bikini out in the open but OH WELL :/ At least i can ogle at myself. How much more self love can one portray, i ask you? Hehe. Anyways you'll get to see the stuff if i wear them during the trip to the island in Msia this weekend! :D

Image hosting by Photobucket

Thanks Nassy for the treats! I lurve the pink socks you bought for me, by the way :D

Serendipity.

Warning: My Engrish is very all over the place in this entry :D

After the very short study-date with Ms Piggy aka Claire at Jurong East library, i headed back to Jurong Point by myself to have a look around as it has been such a long time since i've last stepped foot into that building.

I don't really like going Jurong Point la. That place is SO crowded 24-7 and it makes me feel rather claustrophobic, all the bumping and nudging etc. You may never know whether that bump was an innocent bump or one of intentions, if you get what i mean :/

And the fact that it's the port for numerous BanglaGays showing Public Display of Affection (like holding hands, rubbing buttcheeks, a peck here and there) just creeps me out big time. Right right right?... I don't mind gays/lesbians, really. But i do have an issue with them exercising PDA. It's just... weird.

Err.. So anyway, where was i? Oh yes. So after that mini tour around the shopping centre, i decided to get back home. And so when i was walking back to the bus interchange, i bumped into

Image hosting by Photobucket

Nassy!! Yay!! :D Since she told me she wanted to get some school stuff and that she was alone, i decided to accompany her. Back in we went, shopping for her stuff. Blablabla :) So as we were walking back to the bus interchange, Nassy rambled that she felt like indulging in Red Ruby. So we decided to call Kimi, and then a few steps later,

Image hosting by Photobucket

We found out that Kimi was actually at Boon Lay Interchange too! Hahah. What a coincidence kan? The timing was perfect, i tell you. It was as if we rehearsed the procedure a million times before. Very chun chun! hehehe.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Since the two buggers have been walking home instead of riding the bus since like FOREVER, i had to accomodate them and off we started on the 2.4km journey to Pioneer Mall for the beloved bowl of Red Ruby :)

Siall ahhhh (heh Minah sesat for a while) they ended the trek like normally, when MY legs were like cramping and aching everywhere. Shittos. How to fly fly like the wind and finish 2.4km in under 13mins for napfa i ask you? Bluek :p

Image hosting by Photobucket

But DAMN it was worth it. I think from now onwards Red Ruby is like my favouritest desert. Now you know what to get me everytime we eat supper together-gether alrightt? :D

After desert, we managed to find a corner (Mat minah lepak one corner literal meaning haha), and there we sat for an hour talking. Surprisingly, our conversation this time circled around education and the vicious cycle that Malay families are trapped in.

It felt kinda ironic, lepak-ing one corner whilst talking about these issues. Weheheh! But nevermind la, i did have much fun, and it was a more fruitful conversation as compared to normal conversations so i have no complains :)

Aiiiiight. Good night readers! Faddy has school tomorrow. Bleargh~

Anywhoos, Faddy just can't wait for this week to be over and done with so that she can get her 1 week (not-so-deserved) break! Yippee!!

So many things to do! Going Msia with the whole of daddy's side, Sentosa with the MCS peeps, outing with the CSS babes, some outing with RhinoPig, meetup with Kimi and many many many other things!! Weee so exciting! Are you excited with me?

See you do realise that there's no studying involved? Wahah! I shall make next week my 1 week of enjoyment before i start getting down to business! Well, at least that's the plan lah. Whether it works that way or not, that's another story :p

Daa~ Gonna have my afternoon nap now :)

I love my couzy!

Image hosting by Photobucket

After spending the whole day by myself *cough thanks to RhinoPig*, i got a pleasant surprise by the Bestestest Couzy ever when she texted me that she wanted to meet up :) And so after picking me up at my place at 830 pm, we headed out to Jurong Point to have a chat.

Over Mocha and Chocolate Frappe, we talked alot about the usual catching up stuff, and this time our convo revolved mostly on Parents. After 2 hours of non-stop talking (fuh my mouth is like so cramped up right now), for the first time in 17 years, i texted my parents the following:

"Talking to Ica about alot of family stuff made me very thankful i have parents like ayah and ibu.. You two have been great parents, although we do have our tiffs now and then.. I love you!! :)"

Image hosting by Photobucket

I really appreciate the times Ica/Anz (they're the same person, btw) spends time with me, as i really do love her loads. I guess blood is thicker then water :) I still stand that 2 hours is NOT enough.

C'mon Ica! When's our next outing? Faddy misses the times we used to have sleepovers and roam around Tampines like nobody's business late at night and stuff.. Haha.. :)

Oraits i'm in a very happy mood, as you can see. The only thing spoiling the whole atmosphere is this voice at the back of my head going

"Sleep lah Bitch. You got school tomorrow."

Urgh :/

Hum di Hum... [[edited]]

The outing with the Totots today had to be cancelled as Peah Totot's granddaddy had to be hospitalised again, i think. Let's all du'a for him aight? It's hard not to feel pain when you have 3-4 kinds of cancer in you. Bismillah...

And so i'm left to spend my Sunday buried in books. Which, of course, isn't a bad thing considering the fact that i lazed my Saturday away. Thereotically, Saturday was supposed to be buried in books but..

"I shall start at 4pm!"

Tick..Tock..Tick..Tock..

"Okays.. 5pm lah."

Tick..Tock..Tick..Tock..

"Fine~ After Maghrib!"

Tick..Tock..Tick..Tock..

"Oh man. What a nice show. After 10pm lah.."

Tick..Tock..Tick..Tock..

"Zzzz...."

You get the idea, don't you? Hahaha.. Hopefully today will bear more fruit as compared to yesterday :) InsyaAllah..

Studyin with Pe'ah. [Edited]

Image hosting by Photobucket

Pe'ah totot reached my place at approximately 8am :/ I was still snuggled up in bed, i tell you. Still happily dreaming and bouncing around on the fluffy clouds, when i was rudely interrupted by the Techno ringtone blasting annoyingly. I got up, opened the front gate (flying hair and all), got ready and in less then 30 mins, we were out! Record time! Woohoo!!

Image hosting by Photobucket

As we wanted to grab a bite first, we decided to head to the nearest McDonalds. Whilst waiting for the bus, a Nonya wearing a sexxxyyy colorful dress (Spot her! Spot her!) was on performance, entertaining the morning crowd. In a very high pitched voice, she sang those Chinese Opera songs (think Wong Fei Hong, or however you spell his name).

Waahhaha! I cannot help but laugh like hell, can? And Pe'ah cant help but join me also lah. I think the lady knows we we were laughing at her, but i think she super CMI and instead of shutting up, she flashed us this wide eerie smile, something like this:

Image hosting by Photobucket

Then proceeded to give a loud laugh (much like a cackle) and continued her singing. Errkss. Scary -.-||

Image hosting by Photobucket

And so after filling up our empty tummies with Pancakes from McDonalds, Pe'ah Totot and I proceeded to the Woodlands library. She did her C Maths (Urgh differentiation & integration) while i did Economics notes and some more maths. For around 7 hours. Like oh my God :/

Image hosting by Photobucket

I think right, Mats and Minahs now like to go to Libraries to "check out" the opposite sex. The library was SO darn quiet in the early hours, but once 2pm struck, Mats and Minahs from nearby schools came in droves and attacked the serenity of the place. Bleargh~

I don't know what disturbs me more - the fact that these 13 to 16 year olds were flipping books from the bookshelves meant for nursery kids over and over again, or the fact that they were there just to check out "what's on sale", or the group of Minahs in school uniform applying lipgloss and foundation in the toilet while squealing

"Ehhh lawa tak? Lawa tak aku? Ehhh kau agak mat-mat hari ni sachok tak?! hehehe!!"

Which, for the benefit of the non-Malay readers, means

"Ehhh pretty or not? Am i pretty? Ehhh you think the Mats today are handsome?! hehehe!!"

Fine, i exagerrated a wee bit. But you get the picture, yes? Hahha..

Image hosting by Photobucket

Pe'ah Totot actually accompanied me to Yio Chu Kang to get back my iPod lah! I am sooo touched, can? Even the Ex refused to accompany there. hahaha. Oh wells. Thank you Pe'ah totot! And this is the conversation the AhPek at the iPod counter had with me:

"This is your... 3rd time with this same iPod model?"

"Err.. yes?"

"All three times were hardware problems right?"

"Er.. yes?"

"Ok lemme give you a mini tutorial. Next time when you see those icons, you restore.."

(I know he's gonna recite the whole applesupport.com, so before he could start, i cut him off wahahha!)

"Er excuse me, but I restored through the iPod itself, i tried restoring through the computer, i redownloaded iTunes and iPod updater, i plugged into all the USBs available.. I tried everything, and nothing works. So that's why i came here."

".... oh... Erm.. here's the receipt."

Hehehhe. Evillll Faddyyy :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

Later at night, Pe'ah came across some troubling problems, which i will blog about in the other blog cuz its kinda private. haha.. Sorry no juicy secrets to share here. No Ady, you won't be able to read it. Wahahaha! :P

Image hosting by Photobucket

OH YA! Did you watch TGIF on Suria tonight? The vocalist of Ursula Bites is my cousin! haha. Anz's elder brother, in fact. This sounds very wrong, but i'm just gonna say it. I think he's hot. The picture doesnt do him justice really. Catch him live and you'll see what i mean.

Haha. I seem to go ohhlalaaa over botak guys with goatees ever since my mom showed me who Mawi is two days ago. Wahahaha! I've yet to hear him sing though (Mawi, not my cousin. I hear my cousin sing ALL the time before he got married).

Image hosting by Photobucket

Er sorry about that digression. Anyways, i think Pe'ah totot and I make the best dumb-blonde short term memory pair of friends EVER. We were laughing non-stop all the way from Boon Lay to Yio Chu Kang, and all the way back also. keh keh keh.

Am lazy to explain ah, but just consider the fact that we took the 2 hours journey from YCK to BL to finally come to a conclusion on where to go on Sunday, cuz we keep digressing and forgetting what our main agenda was. Haha.

K NIGHT :D'

[Edited]

Excerpts from MSN convo with friend A, at 3am:

A: I have this fetish for women who tie their hair at the back, like Gwen Stefani.

F: Err.. You mean the usual way of tying hair is at the front, side, top isit? hahaha!

A: Haha.. No ah. I mean like Marilyn Monroe.

F: What the?! Marilyn Monroe has short hair lah! Look.

A: Hahah! Marilyn Monroe ties her hair also lah. When she brush her teeth.

F: Wahaha! You nonsense lahhh.

A: haha. Ok i think i got the wrong person. Maybe it's Marilyn Manson.

F: YOUR HEAD LAH! I feel so darn stupid laughing aloud in the middle of the night in the middle of the room. Thanks lah, A!

Faddy saved a life today!

But more about that later :)

Image hosting by Photobucket

School today was rather fun. Mr Gomez showed us a portion of the film Cinderella Man during the Economics lecture so that we could get a better idea of how pathetic the economy during the Great Depression was and how the Laissez-Faire way of economy which was derived by Adam Smith could no longer be applied in the real world. (hope i got that right. wahahha!!)

Weheheh! I sound like such an Econs freak. Have i mentioned i'm taking part in this Econs quiz (no thanks to Mr Gomez)? My Gosh. I'm SO gonna make a fool outta myself in front of the other competitors. Haha.. But we'll talk about that when the time comes ey.

Anywhoos, we liked what we saw. So much so that the class borrowed his DvD and stayed back after school to watch the show together. The first time that the class voluntarily stayed back to do something together. Haha.. Coolness :D

Image hosting by Photobucket

The school organised a Civil Defence course for the JC2s today. Knowing me, i would have most likely skipped the event kan? But noooo! Due to the fact that it was held by the Civil Defence crew (wahahaha), Fara and I decided to stay back in order to "wash eyes", if you get my drift :p Eh we're not that horrible ok! Pe'ah who DID NOT attend school today actually came at 4pm JUST to wash eyes. Tsk!

Image hosting by Photobucket

But of course. We were cheated. No handsome nor cute guys. Nyeah :(

SEE! I saved a life today!! Hahaha.. Granted he/she (i still can't figure out what gender the mannequin is haha) wasn't alive in the first place, but cut me some slack man! Am proud to know that after 17 years, i finally learnt how to give CPR :D

Although i think if i'm given a particular situation where CPR is needed, i'll prolly panic, call 995 and stay rooted to the ground :/ Nyeah!

And i used a fire extinguisher for the first time ever!! Damn cool man. Haha.. I remembered there was one time where i operated a fire hose (those things are freaking heavy and the water jet is freaking strong i tell you) during my primary school days, but fire extinguishers? This is definitely my first time :D

I am feeling super jakon, as you can see? Hehehee.. Oh by the way my reapaired iPod is already available for pick up! Yay! I'm gonna be grooving everywhere again! Whoopdedooo!!

Oh shits. I've to travel all the way to Ang Mo Kio tomorrow. Fuuuccccckkk :/ Ok so that's all for the day :) Here's two random photos:

Bleargh.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Apparently the JC3s (that's what i call my seniors heh) got their long awaited A-Levels results today. Through the video conferencing that the school provided direct from the hall to the Lecture Theatre where all the JC2s were gathering, we had a clear view of students displaying their emotions.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Some smiled broadly, some cried due to the relieve they finally have in them while others.. others cried tears of regret :/ I heard of a few Malay guys got rather bad results, which is a pity really. Quite proud of Lela (an ex CSS-ian as well) who managed to be the only representitive of the Malay community to be offered a scholarship :)

SUPERMAN! I hope you did well.. Did you? :)

A conversation with Sangitah the cacat classmate i have:

"Eh Sang i think right.. next year my name will be up there man!"

"HAHAHHA.."

"What's so funny?!"

"You need to take Special papers lah!"

"Oh really? Damn."

"Nevermind lah. Your name next year will be up there! As a "Special Kid"! If you catch my drift.." (start swaggering like a cacat)

"Hahaha! Darn you.."

Not surprisingly, many of the JC2s got home and studied like crazy.. Kekekek! If you're thinking "Walaoeh this girl blog so much still never study!", i DID study for a while straight away after the video conferencing session.

Image hosting by Photobucket

Ah see? Don't believe me right? Between you and me, we were actually just doing some last minute studying for the maths test tomorrow :p

By the way, i didn't know we were the public enemy number 1. Oh wells~ As long as i got my friends and i, i guess i'm okay and on another (related) note, I miss being in Commonwealth Sec. :/

Well at least i'm meeting the CSS malay babes this sunday :) And to my JJC mates,
